Having your computer or network not work the way you want is a very frustrating experience for many people. You want to get it fixed, but you don’t want the added stress of taking it to a shop, figuring out how to reconnect everything or dealing with hard-to-understand phone techs.

This is where my services come in. I will come to your house or small office and work on location so that you don’t have to worry about stumbling through getting your computer fixed. I will explain what is wrong and what needs to be done in a very clear and patient manner. As a client, I want you to be comfortable asking any question and not being embarrassed if you don’t understand something other people take for granted.
